Although online shopping is convenient, has many advantages, and the trend of times, consumers still have not put their whole trust in these goods service providers. It essential to study factors affecting customer e-commerce transactions. To basis carry out this study, authors analyzed relevant research at home abroad. On that basis, propose a model customers transactions Binh Dinh province, which are: website reputation, design, information quality, transaction safety, social impact.
